As part of our Waste Pickers Movement, we recognize the indispensable role Waste Pickers play in waste management. Collaborating with Taka ni Ajira, we are advocating for their rights, inclusion, supportive policies and legal frameworks to improve their working conditions. By investing in their rights, capacity-building, and celebrating their contributions, we aim to create a more equitable waste management ecosystem.
